A fine set of four antique silver plated candlesticks by Mappin & Webb. The quality set of candle holders is decorated with Corinthian capitals and ribbed columns. Precise beadwork is featured on stepped bases. They have detachable bobèches or nozzles.

Classic styling from one of England’s most notable producers of solid silver and silver plate.

English, marked for Mappin & Webb, Princes Plate, this mark for London & Sheffield mark was used from 1900 to 1927
Measurements; 6 1/2” tall, bases measure 3 1/2”X 3 ½”

Condition Report; Excellent antique condition with minor wear commensurate with age. A few small dings on bases, small scratches on nozzles. Some tarnish remains.
