Antique English Sterling Silver Pin Cushion, Novelty Roller Boot or Skate

A fine English sterling silver novelty pin cushion in the form of a roller skate and boot. Realistic details from the stitch work down to the wheels that turn. The pin cushion was made by the firm of Crisford & Norris, Birmingham (1896-1978). A superb addition to an antique or vintage sewing collection.

English, Circa 1909 fully hallmarked for sterling silver

Measurements; 2 3/4" long, 7/8" wide, 2" high

Condition; Very Good to Excellent; surface scratches and a few dings in accordance with age and use. Several small dings on the right side of the boot and around the top edge of pin cushion. There are no splits or damage to the silver.
