Refunds and Returns

I love happy customers so I offer a full refund, minus shipping costs.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase contact me so you can receive instructions for a refund. 

Please notify me and start your refund within 7 days from receiving your item.

US- Items purchased within the US must be returned within 14 days.   The item/items must be packed in the manner they were shipped (i.e. type of packing, type of mail service, and insured).  In addition a tracking number must be provided.

International- Please notify me and start your refund within 7 days from receiving your item of your intent to return.  International shipping takes longer so please provide a tracking number longer so the time to return will be adjusted.  All  item/items must be packed in the manner they were shipped (i.e. type of packing, type of mail service, and insured).

On this website all US shipping is complimentary.  For International shipping; please contact me for a quote.   I do reduce the International shipping fees by the amount a package would cost for US shipping.
