
A set of six butter spreader or butter knives in sterling silver by Gorham. The pattern is “Buttercup” and the knives bear a script monogram for “W”. Perfectly proportional clusters of Buttercups decorate the handles.
Butter spreaders can be used in other ways than on a formal dining table. They can be used for serving cheese and appetizers.

Condition report; Very good, surface scratches in accordance with age and use. A few of the round ends of the knives have tiny little bends again in accordance with use and age.
