Antique French Gilt Andirons with Matching Fender, Louis XVI Style, Flambeau Finials

An antique French gilt fire fender with matching andirons or chenets in the Louis XVI manner. The matching andirons and corners of the fenders each with flambeau finial and swagged body. The set is decorated with Acanthus leaf, garland, ribbon and Bay leaf motifs. The length is adjustable on the set.

Set will extend to 49" in length

Condition Report; Overall very good antique condition. One or two original bolts are missing and will be replaced with new ones. The set has been lightly cleaned. It has not been polished or any coating applied.
