An antique French sterling silver tea strainer in the “over the cup” style with a vermeil interior. Beautiful details abound on the strainer from the large shell which is noticed first to the delicate handle with ribbon and Bell Flower motifs. Each side of the strainer has a ribbon and swag motif.
