A George III sterling silver caddy spoon in the form of a jockey's cap. It has a plain center button with bright cut engraved decoration on the brim. Unusual forms of tea caddy spoons are highly collectible from the Georgian Era.

English sterling silver; hallmarked with Lion Passant for .925, date letter P for 1810 (London), Monarch’s Mark, maker’s mark is too worn to read.

Measurements; 2 1/8” long X 1 ½” wide X 5/8” high

Condition Report; Very good, a few surfaces scratches, tiny ding towards back of cap all in accordance with age and use.
