An antique stationary clip holder that is decorated with a sterling silver picture frame. A fine addition to your desk or library. The clip can also be used for books as well as stationary. Made of metal the clip is covered in a mid-night blue leather. The silver photo frame is hallmarked for the year 1913.
The picture can be removed from the top of the frame quite easily so you can add your own photo.
English silver as denoted by the; Lion Passant mark. An Anchor mark for the assay town of Birmingham, letter “o” for 1913 and the maker’s initials CPB (Charles Penny Brown)
