Antique French Silver Pendant Locket, Gilt Interior with Mirror, Louis XVI Style
An antique French silver Chatelaine style pendant. The beautiful, hinged locket has a gold washed interior, mirror and a small powder puff. Both sides have floral motifs. The front of the locket has a small cartouche which has not been monogrammed and the back features musical instruments.
Beautiful on a necklace or displayed on a dressing table. To give or to keep.

Condition Report; Overall good, some loss of silver plating and gilt wash. The back has a bit of an impression from where one’s thumb would hold the locket to open it along with a tiny pin prick size dent. All in accordance with age and use.
