French, C 1900 hallmarked the French Minerva No.1 which guarantees .950 purity of sterling silver. Maker’s mark is quite worn.

Condition Report; Very good, some surface scratches and a bit of tarnish in hard to reach areas. Two holders have a bit of loose threading on the end of the tulip shaped holder. Alll in accordance with age and use. The metal tulip shaped ends of the holders were cleaned in France prior to being shipped to the US. The box does have wear due to age and use on the exterior; however, it is clean on the inside with some fraying to top edges.
