Antique French Sterling Silver Napkin Ring
Antique French sterling silver napkin. The napkin ring has a center oval cartouche with beaded detail. It is worked in the guilloche manner around the entire piece. Delicate details on this lovely piece. The monogram appears to be HC or CH has been done in fine script.
It is in good condition with only general wear as expected for age and use. Very slightly out of round with a small crease that is not easily seen due to the guilloche design. Marked for the French 1st standard of .950. The maker’s punch is still being researched as it is worn (most likely from polishing) and not easy to read.
