Beautiful French sterling silver demitasse size cup and saucer in the Rocaille Style (Or Louis XV). The small cup and saucer has a delicate ornate handle with roses.

French sterling silver as denoted by the Minerve 1st Titre mark and maker’s mark AD or AO

Measurements; saucer, 4 3/8” in diameter, cup 2 ¼” high with 2 ¼” opening, 70 grams

Condition Report; Good, some loss to gilt wash in accordance with age and use. The cup has two dings near the base of which one is quite tiny and hard to photograph. The other has been shown enlarged. It is a beautiful set and priced with the dings taken into consideration.
