French, .950 sterling silver as denoted by the French Minerve #1 Mark, C 1900
The maker's mark Claude DOUTRE ROUSSEL and shows his last name with two dominos underneath. The Mark was registered on May 17th 1895. His workshop was located 118 rue Vieille du Temple in the Marais Area of Paris.
