Pair of Antique French Sterling Silver Egg Cups or Servers
A matching pair of French sterling silver egg cups with attached saucers. The fine pair is decorated with crossed ribbon decoration. It is very hard to find a pair of french egg cups and even hardier to find a pair with attached plates.
A perfectly elegant way to enjoy one’s breakfast egg.
French late 19th C, marked with the Minerve 1st title mark for .950 silver The maker’s mark is worn but I will still try to research it.
